When and where is Capacity Europe 2025? 

Capacity Europe 2025 will take place from Tuesday 21–23 October 2025 at the InterContinental London – The O2, UK. Badge collection starts from 15.00 on Monday 20 October 2025. 

What is Capacity Europe? 

 Capacity Europe 2025 will bring together 3,500+ decision-makers from the global connectivity and digital infrastructure community. This is your established event where deals are signed and announced, key strategies and insights are shared onstage, new product ideas are incubated and thousands of conversations, meetings, and chance catchups over coffee across the three days - not to mention the outstanding achievements recognised at the incomparable Global Connectivity Awards! 

Registration & Passes 

 How do I register?

You can register here prior to the event, please note onsite registration will be £1399 

 

Can I get an invoice for my pass? 

Invoices can only be requested up to two weeks before the event. After that, all passes must be paid online to ensure entry. 

Can I substitute an attendee?

You can substitute an attendee up until 14th October. To substitute an attendee, please email info@capacitymedia.com.

Can I substitute an attendee? 

Yes, substitutions are allowed prior to and during the event. Contact info@capacitymedia.com. 

Are student passes available? 

 Student passes may be available. Contact the event team for eligibility. 

 

Can I register multiple team members at once?

Yes, group bookings are supported and can be done via our website 

Arrival & Check-In 

What time should I arrive on Monday 20 October? 

A: You can collect your badge at the Registration Desk located in the Arora Foyer, on the Ground Floor at the Main Entrance (Event Side) of the venue. Make sure to arrive early to avoid queues and get settled before the event begins!

WIFI AND TECH

Is Wi-Fi available at the venue? 

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available, using Network: Capacity Europe, Password: Europe2025 

Will charging stations be available? 

Charging stations are now available in our networking lounge — The Exchange Hub, located in the Peninsula Ballroom on the ground floor. This is in addition to the various power sources already available throughout the venue.

Accessibility & Inclusion

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all public areas are accessible. 

Will food and drinks be provided?

Yes, complimentary refreshments and lunch are provided within the event spaces. You can also purchase light snacks from the Link Lounge (Meridian Café) 

Are there vegetarian, vegan, halal, or gluten-free options?

Yes. We have options available, please submit any specific dietary requests to info@capacitymedia.com 

Where are the nearest restrooms and baby-changing facilities?

Venue maps will be available in the A–Z guide and onsite signage. 

Exhibition & Sponsors 

Where do I find exhibitors I want to meet? 

Use the techoraco events app to search by company name, location, region of responsibility. There will also be onsite signage mapping company locations. 

Can I get a floor plan of the exhibition area? 

Yes, available in the techoraco events app and onsite signage  

Are there giveaways or product demos?

Yes, many exhibitors offer demos and samples.

Networking & Meetings

How do I network at the event? 

Use the techoraco events app to view attendees, schedule meetings, and exchange messages. There are multiple networking lounges throughout the venue for spontaneous conversations and we host several happy hours and receptions, as well as the afternoon tea and networking round tables on Day 1.

 Are there dedicated networking spaces? 

Capacity Europe 2025 offers a range of networking spaces, including lounges, charging outlets, and after-hours access to the Sky Bar for extended networking each evening.

Agenda & Content 

What topics will be covered?

The agenda ispacked this year, with over 55 sessions and nearly 200 speakers across the three days. Themes include AI, subsea infrastructure, cloud-edge convergence, network resilience, CPaaS, and data centre investment.

Can I speak or present at the event?

Global Connectivity Awards 

Where are the Global Connectivity Awards? 

Held on Wednesday 22 October 2025, the GCAs celebrate excellence in digital infrastructure. They are held at the Indigo in the o2, just nextdoor to the Intercontinental o2.

Do I need a separate ticket?

Yes, you need to upgrade your ticket to include the GCAs; you can do this at the registration desk onsite too. 

Can I attend as press? 

Qualified journalists can apply for a free press pass. Contact marketing@capacitymedia.com.

Post-Event Access 

Will session recordings be available after the event?

Sessions will not be recorded, but we will share key takeaways from the sessions in a written format post-event. 

How long will I have access to the Techoraco event app? 

The app will remain available for two months post-event.
