Reaching the whole buying funnel

While setting up and converting deals is the main focus for Gamma at Capacity Europe, brand-building and thought leadership is important too.

To enhance Gamma's thought leadership credentials, Mike Mills got in front of the Capacity TV cameras to share insights on how important it is to keep a human-focused touch in the new world of cloud, AI and automation.

He also focused on the potential applications of AI in the voice market, where the opportunities are large and under-explored.
