Younès Stouky

Younès is a seasoned telecommunications executive with nearly two decades of international experience spanning engineering, product strategy, and infrastructure development across the global connectivity landscape.

An engineer by training, Younès graduated from Supélec in 2006 and began his career at Alcatel-Lucent, working within the APAC pre-sales team, before moving to Nokia in Paris, where he contributed to Advanced Mobile Network Solutions.

In 2020, Younès joined Orange Wholesale, bringing his technical expertise to the Marketing organization as Product Manager for International Private Line (IPL) services. There, he led a comprehensive overhaul of the product portfolio, significantly enhancing the customer journey from pre-sales through delivery and operations—with a sustained focus on Quality of Service as a critical driver of commercial success.

Building on this foundation, Younès was appointed Head of Bandwidth Product Marketing in 2024, where he and his team worked to expand Orange's global route offering, delivering greater diversity, scalability, and performance for customers worldwide.

Today, as Head of Capacity Services & Infrastructure within Orange Wholesale's Marketing & Business Development organization, Younès is responsible for promoting the company's extensive network of existing routes while spearheading the development of new submarine and terrestrial infrastructure, reinforcing Orange's position as a key architect of the world's AI highways.
