Wil Wadsworth is a seasoned finance leader and chartered management accountant with over 16 years of experience spanning strategy, finance, and operations.

As a founding team member and CFO of Netomnia, he has architected the company’s financial foundation, building its corporate finance, accounting, legal, procurement, and supply chain functions from the ground up. His financial leadership has been pivotal in securing over £1 billion in equity and debt investment, orchestrating the industry’s largest merger, and scaling the company into the UK’s second-largest alternative network provider.

Previously, Wil held senior finance roles at Gigaclear plc, Nationwide plc, and Penn Pharma Ltd, where he played key roles in securing major investments, facilitating acquisitions, and driving business transformations.
