Dr. Ricky Chau is the Chief Operating Officer of CBC Tech. In his role, he spearheads corporate strategy and digital transformation, elevates customer experience, and leads the go-to-market for enterprises and service providers, service delivery and service assurance functions.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications and tech sectors, Ricky has a proven record of shaping global business strategies and driving sustainable growth. Prior to joining CBC Tech, he was Vice President of Enterprise Business for Asia Pacific & Japan at Lumen Technologies and previously led the Asia Pacific business for Global Crossing and Level 3 Communications.

Ricky is a recognized thought leader and an active contributor to the digital ecosystem. He currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) and as an advisory member of the Entrepreneurship Committee Advisory Group (ECAG) at Hong Kong Cyberport.

His leadership has been acknowledged globally - named to  Capacity Media Power 100 in both 2023 and 2024, honoring his influence and vision in the digital infrastructure space.

Ricky holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and an Executive MBA from the University of Ottawa, Canada.
