Rebecca Nottingham

Rebecca provides expert advice on critical infrastructure resilience, international defence and security, and government policy and strategy. She has extensive experience leading policy development, implementation, and review for the UK government, culminating in her role as Head of Policy for Subsea Fibre Optic Communications. Now established as Director of Bright Subsea Consulting, projects include work with The Crown Estate on subsea communications resilience out to 2050, and advising the European Commission on future public funding needs for resilient subsea digital connectivity across Europe. She holds two Masters degrees from King’s College London in International Peace and Security, and Defence.
