Pallavi Kudtarkar serves as the Executive Director at Globe Teleservices, where she began her remarkable journey in 2014. In a relatively short span, she has established herself as a formidable force within the company. With over 15 years of telecom expertise—spanning technology, product management, business development, and sales—she has consistently demonstrated her ability to thrive in a dynamic industry.
Her journey began with resounding success in the African market, where her strategic acumen enabled her to collaborate with key government operators such as Telkom Kenya, Uganda Telecom, Zanzibar Telecom, Telekom Networks Malawi, Onatel, and Movicel. Her visionary approach and unwavering commitment quickly propelled her into a leadership role within the telecom sector.
In 2016, Pallavi shifted her focus to the vibrant Asian region, where she successfully forged partnerships with major industry players, including CelcomDigi, Cellcard, Telkom Malaysia, Telkomsel Indonesia, Metfone Cambodia, Maxis Malaysia, Lao Gateway Laos, Singtel, Telstra, and Telecom New Zealand (TNZI). Her keen ability to identify emerging market opportunities distinguished her as a key player in reshaping the telecom landscape across Asia.
Her leadership further extended to managing telecom giants such as MTN, Orange, and Deutsche Telekom, where she led cross-functional projects and delivered comprehensive telecom solutions. Under her guidance, Globe Teleservices expanded its global footprint, onboarding over 37 Tier 1 MNOs across African, Asian, and European markets.
Pallavi’s contributions have earned her prestigious recognitions, including the Telecom & Tech Woman of the Year at CC Global Awards ’25 Berlin, Woman Leadership Award by Business Leader of the Year ’24 and the Leading Female Telco Professional title at the Antonio Meucci Awards 2024. She was also awarded The Rainmaker at Globe Teleservices and featured in the Capacity Power 100 (2024), further cementing her position as a visionary driving industry transformation and collaboration.
Beyond her achievements in telecom, Pallavi is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, championing skill development and leadership initiatives. She actively supports social causes by sponsoring education for orphaned children through NGOs such as the Mahesh Foundation and the Girija Welfare Association.
Her journey is a testament to determination, resilience, and excellence. Even during significant life milestones like pregnancy and motherhood, she continued to lead multi-million-dollar negotiations, drive strategic initiatives, and inspire the women around her. Armed with an MBA and an Engineering degree in Telecommunication, Pallavi embodies the spirit of women in tech—shattering boundaries while balancing personal and professional responsibilities with grace.
