Pablo Mlikota

SVP International Mobility Services, e& Group

Pablo Mlikota serves as the Senior Vice President for International Mobility Services at e& Group, currently serving +160M customers in 16 Markets in the Middle East and Africa region. Previously, he served as Chief Marketing and Product Officer for the Enterprise unit at Syniverse Technologies, based in Tampa, FL

Prior to this role, he served as President of Sales for the Americas region, playing a  significant role in the M&A team that closed a 750M investment transaction with TWILIO

Mr. Mlikota also served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Caribbean and Latin America, and Global Strategic Programs, and oversaw Syniverse’s sales operations in this region as well as managed Syniverse’s worldwide services delivery for several large group Mobile Operators customers. He also built a brand-new business unit as Senior Vice President, Global Business Services and Solutions helping customers to reduce operational costs and enable new revenue-generating capabilities through Outsourcing, utilization of big data, real-time intelligence solutions and consulting services.

Before joining Syniverse, Pablo served as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at Newlink Group (a Digital Marketing firm), and as Senior Vice President of Sales and Services for Global Crossing Latin America. His extensive experience in the technology space also includes leadership positions at Nokia and AT&T.

Mr. Mlikota received a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from the University of Miami. He also maintains positions with the international academic community as Chair of International Business at San Andres University in Argentina and as Chair of International Business and Negotiation Skills at DeVry University’s Miami campus.

Mr Mlikota is also an avid martial artist, winning gold and bronze medals at the 7th Taekwondo World Championship in Montreal (1990)
