Osvaldo Di Campli is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology/IT sector. Throughout his career, he has been at the forefront of industry evolution-driving global connectivity, digital transformation and the delivery of innovative, mission-critical solutions that enable business growth and strengthen network infrastructure.

As GSCO Global Network Infrastructure Segment Leader, Osvaldo is responsible for defining and executing the global strategy, driving growth, and delivering operational excellence across our network infrastructure portfolio and team.

Osvaldo is focused on the opportunities AI creates for the future of network infrastructure. He is driving strategic efforts to leverage AI to enable smarter, more efficient and resilient networks, while creating new opportunities for innovation, growth and digital transformation.

Prior to this role, Osvaldo led America’s sales for Nokia Network Infrastructure and served as Senior Vice President for the Latin America Region. In these roles, he partnered closely with major CSPs and industry leaders to advance transformative initiatives that modernized networks and accelerated digitalization across Latin America. He and his team delivered innovative solutions including 4G/5G, fiber for broadband, and cloud systems helping to build more resilient, agile and future-ready networks.

Osvaldo has also previously led Nokia Enterprise’s Sales division, overseeing a global team dedicated to delivering mission-critical network solutions that drive digitalization across industries. With a strong focus on Industry 4.0, he and his team played a pivotal role in advancing critical sectors such as transportation, manufacturing, mining, government entities and web-scale businesses.

Beyond his technical and commercial expertise, Osvaldo is passionate about people development and collaboration. He is known as a trusted mentor and team builder, creating high-performing, diverse teams and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and inclusion. His ability to inspire and empower others has been key to delivering exceptional results and long-term partnerships.
