Nadya Melic
Nadya is responsible for FLAG’s global product portfolio, Go-To-Market & marketing teams. Nadya joined FLAG in April 2024 and has been responsible for FLAG’s updated propositions of their strong network propositions, FLAG’s modular datacentre capabilities and consolidating but uplifting FLAG’s portfolio to market. In the one year, Nadya has been at FLAG, she has been responsible for FLAG’s rebrand from GCX back to FLAG. This brought together FLAG’s propositions, Sustainability strategy, values and an updated brand to market as one of the world’s largest privately owned submarine cable company positioning FLAG as being the carrier of choice for Fibre Links around the Globe.
Prior to joining FLAG, Nadya was responsible for Vodafone’s Customer Solutions in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. The portfolio she was responsible for included co-creating, fixed connectivity, Voice, Cloud/End User Computing, IOT/Mobility & Managed Services solutions for Vodafone’s customers.
Previous to this Nadya was the Head of International Product at Telstra focused on global connectivity, satellite, voice & managed services, which represented a $1.9bn revenue stream. Nadya was initially hired as a Global Solution Sales Lead for UC at Telstra and had been at Telstra for 7 years
Prior joining Telstra, Nadya led technology sales at BT in Asia Pac. Nadya has also held various positions at BT, for 7 years, including service management, product management & sales.
Before this, Nadya has held positions at Microsoft & several Oil & Gas firms in Italy and Israel.
Nadya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Applied Ocean Science & Economics from the University of Western Australia. Nadya also has several other accreditations in Music, loves Formula 1 and is both a wakeboarding and sailing enthusiast.
