Ambassador, Dutch Subsea Cable Coalition

Martin Prins is Ambassador for the Dutch Subsea Cable Coalition (DSCC), where he works to strengthen the Netherlands' position as a landing hub for new transatlantic and Arctic submarine cable systems. Through his advisory practice, TFT Flow Advisors, he supports datacenter and digital infrastructure developments across Europe, advising on projects spanning subsea connectivity, sovereignty, and resilience. He combines a policy perspective on Europe's critical digital infrastructure with hands-on commercial experience in the telecom and cybersecurity sectors. He is a frequent contributor to industry discussions on protecting and diversifying Europe's undersea lifelines.
