Lorella was appointed Chief Information Officer of Sparkle in May 2023 after a 20-year career in executive roles in the Media and Communications sectors managing and driving IT transformation programs spanning the whole application domains.

Within TIM Group she was engaged in several M&A projects as IT referral and took part in the foundation of two startups.

In 2017 she joined Sparkle as Head of Application Evolutions and significantly contributed to the company’s IT transformation from a traditional Carrier to a digital Telco as well as to the harmonization of the operating models in 32 subsidiaries. During her tenure she also implemented a unique Big Data platform for analysis, correlation and prediction.

Lorella holds a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Sapienza University of Rome.
