Lindsay has 26 years experience in the Telecoms industry and currently leads the Health, Safety and infrastructure Operations team within Hyperoptic. This is a varied role with responsibility for a range of functions that support the wider business including: Health and Safety, Data Analytics, Policy and Innovation, Partner Management including Payments, Project Management, Ethernet delivery via Openreach and change management. She is passionate about driving improvements process and engineering solutions across the business whilst building successful, highly skilled teams that deliver measurable benefits now and set us up for the future.
