Leigh blends deep technical expertise with strategic insight to rethink how networks are planned and built. Over his career at Ericsson, Nortel, Google, and Biarri Networks, he has worked across many layers of connectivity — from wireless cellular systems, to FTTx access networks through to large-scale backbone transport. Trained in Operations Research at Columbia University, Leigh now focuses on creating intelligent software systems that embed optimisation and automation into the core of network and capacity planning. His work bridges the worlds of engineering and AI, enabling operators to design faster, smarter, and more resilient networks.
