Greg Mesch is a founder and entrepreneur who has built and scaled several companies, including five startups, five exits, and three unicorns across four countries. He has led IPOs on the NASDAQ, Euronext and the London Stock Exchange, and has raised more than £10 billion in equity and debt funding.

Across his career, four of the five businesses he has built were private equity backed, giving him more than 35 years of experience working under private equity ownership and partnering closely with investors.

Greg most recently founded CityFibre, leading it from a blank sheet to the UK's largest independent full-fibre platform and securing more than £8 billion in funding. He now serves as Vice Chairman, focused on long-term strategy and value creation.

He is passionate about leadership, clarity of vision and mission, and operational excellence, with a strong focus on controlled, sustainable scaling and a genuine commitment to people.
