Graham Sargood
An highly driven and experienced Chairman, CEO and Board Director. Graham has a very successful track record of building Technology companies from inception through to sale as well as holding a number of successful senior roles in a range of blue chip companies across Technology and the Telecomms. and Media space including BT, AT&T, Telewest, CWC, Sky and Liberty Global.
Graham has a track record of delivery across many aspects of business at C Level including delivering on the roll-out of large scale infrastructure projects, strategy, financial modelling, sales and marketing, and operational efficiency program delivery. Graham’s has also worked with the UK government for over 30 years on UK Telecomms. Policy and Regulation.
Since 2000 when Graham was involved in his first start up at a Senior level (Bulldog Communications), Graham has successfully lead 3 of his own companies through funding, growth and successful sale in the telco and technology sectors. Graham has also been a sought after advisor for a number of diverse start up companies and PE investors in the UK , Europe and the US.
In 2023 Graham was appointed as Chairman of Ogi, a full service Telecommunications company for business and residential covering South Wales. Prior to Ogi, Graham was the founding CEO in 2018 of Box Broadband Limited, a fibre build Telco/ISP. Graham completed the first round of funding in January 2019 to start the build and operational side of the business. Graham then led all CEO aspects of the company including three further rounds of funding culminating in the significant investment and partial sale to Community Fibre in August 2021 (backed by Warburg Pincus and DTCP).
Graham remains on the board of Box Broadband and is also a Non Exec. Director of NETS International group. Graham is also on the advisory board of Whitecastle Partners, a Monaco based business accelerator where he has mentored a number of tech. start-up companies.
