Dr. Georges Jaber is a distinguished telecoms and technology executive with over three decades of leadership experience across some of the industry’s most recognized organizations, including Salam, GBI, Integrated Telecom Company (ITC), Tata Communications, GCX/FLAG/Reliance Globacom, and NavLink.

Currently serving as Vice President of Wholesale Operations and Special Projects at Salam in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Georges has built a reputation as a leading authority in inter-carrier wholesale and enterprise services, with deep expertise in the global telecommunications ecosystem. His career is defined by strategic vision, business development excellence, and sales leadership, particularly across the MENA region.

Georges’s core strengths include P&L management, market expansion, and the design and scaling of new sales operations, alongside a proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams. He is widely recognized for driving operational excellence and forging strategic partnerships that accelerate growth and industry transformation.

Academically, Georges combines engineering, business, and strategic management expertise. He holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from the ESC Clermont Graduate School of Management (France), an Executive MBA from the American University of Beirut (AUB), and both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from McGill University (Canada). Most recently, he has completed the Chief Strategy Officer one-year course at INSEAD. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Arts with the European Institute of Management & Technology (EIMT), reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning and thought leadership.
