Fernando Borges de Azevedo is Head of Connectivity at Start Campus, where he leads the development of resilient, sustainable, AI-scale digital infrastructure. He joined Start Campus from Amazon Web Services in Dublin, where he was Network Development Manager for the AWS global backbone. With more than two decades of experience in telecoms and connectivity, Fernando has held senior roles at leading players including Angola Cables, Likusasa, and Cabovisão.
