Edward Rubin is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group and a senior member of the Digital Infrastructure coverage team. He advises clients on M&A transactions as well as equity and debt financings and his sector expertise includes fiber optic, broadband, data center, cloud, towers and infrastructure services. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Edward was a Managing Director at Lazard in the Telecom, Media & Entertainment Group. Previously, Edward spent 15 years at Cowen and Company where he was a Managing Director in the TMT group and led investment banking efforts across the Digital Infrastructure sector. Earlier in his career, he held M&A positions at Deutsche Bank and UBS (formerly Warburg Dillon Read). Edward earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Boston University.
