Dharman Sury is the Chief Financial Officer of BGO Data Centers, where he leads financial strategy, capital raising, investment management, and corporate governance across the company’s growing digital infrastructure platform. He brings more than 20 years of experience spanning data centre operations, development, investment, and advisory roles, providing a unique perspective across the full lifecycle of digital infrastructure assets.

Prior to launching  BGO Data Centers, Dharman held senior leadership positions both in the industry and as an investor. He was the CFO of Data4 growing the business into a hyperscale platform and launching the business in Spain and Poland. He then joined Brookfield as Head of Data Center Development for Europe, where he led the sourcing and execution of major hyperscale development opportunities across key European markets, including Berlin, Madrid, Paris, Milan, London, Amsterdam, leading eventually to the acquisition of Data4. His experience includes underwriting large-scale developments, structuring complex capital solutions, and executing M&A transactions across the sector. Dharman has also independently advised investors and operators on numerous buy-side and sell-side mandates throughout Europe and North America.

Combining deep financial expertise with extensive operational and development experience, Dharman plays a key role in shaping BGO Data Centers’ growth strategy and delivering scalable, sustainable, and investment-grade infrastructure for the world’s leading technology companies.
