Camilla Carson

Camilla Carson is Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at Ballard. She brings nearly two decades of experience in strategy, commercial growth and international expansion across technology, energy infrastructure and other high-growth markets.

Prior to joining Ballard, Camilla held senior commercial and leadership roles in high-growth technology businesses. She served as Global Vice President of Sales at Black Swan Data, where she helped shape the company’s commercial strategy and international expansion ahead of its acquisition by Mintel. She also served on the board of FYLD AI, an infrastructure-focused software company, and has advised businesses serving the data centre and digital infrastructure markets.

Earlier in her career, Camilla worked in finance and qualified as a member of the UK’s Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. She holds a BA in Politics from the University of Liverpool.
