There will be a suggested programme specifically for young talent onsite.

What's the Talent Programme all about

The 2025 Capacity Europe Talent Programme will host over 65 students from STEM-focused universities and schools to give them a real-life glimpse into what careers in this fast-moving industry look like.

Throughout the day, leading industry mentors will deliver workshops, roundtables and talks to the students.

Why it’s worthwhile for Students

Students taking part will

  • Attend inspiring talks and mentoring sessions with people who work in tech, telecoms, and digital business
  • Take part in skills-based workshops to help build confidence and communication
  • Go on a guided tour of the exhibition hall, where global companies will be showcasing their latest ideas and technologies, and put into practice the networking skills students learned in the workshops earlier in the day.
  • Sit in on conference sessions where experts will be discussing the future of AI, sustainability, cybersecurity, and more
  • Get a chance to ask questions, explore career paths, and make meaningful connections with people working in the field

What past students say

“Participating in the Talent Programme was an unforgettable experience. It gave me a clearer vision of what to focus on — both for university and my future career. I’d never thought about how finance could connect to the tech world, but this really opened my eyes.”
— Alejandro Marsiglia, Year 13 student, Saint Cecilia’s Church of England School

“It was great to see how many different types of jobs exist in the digital infrastructure space. I learnt a lot from speaking to professionals and I found the networking and mentoring really helpful. I now feel more confident thinking about my next steps.”
