Seacom

Seacom is a pan‑African digital infrastructure and connectivity provider established in 2009. The company launched Africa’s first privately owned subsea cable system along the East and Southern coasts, significantly reducing the cost of international bandwidth and accelerating digital growth across the continent. Today, Seacom operates a 35,000 km fibre network spanning multiple terrestrial and subsea routes, with presence across eight African countries and direct links into Europe and Asia. Its services include enterprise connectivity, carrier‑grade IP transit, Ethernet, dark fibre, private lines, cloud services, cyber security and managed networking.
