GasLINE is one of the leading fibre-optic cable infrastructure providers. It has a nationwide network covering over 65,000 km. The network is continuously being expanded, with another 5,000 km to be built by 2029. This includes broadband access to communities and customer-driven expansion of mobile 5G networks. GasLINE has network interconnections to cross-regional fibre-optic infrastructures in cities (e.g. with city and regional carriers) and to network operators in neighbouring countries. The network topology includes telecommunication centres (telehouses and PoPs), the relevant Internet exchange nodes and centres of the ICT and media industry.
