Salam Wholesale is the carrier and wholesale business unit of Etihad Salam Telecom Company (Salam), a leading Saudi telecommunications and IT company. It serves international carriers, licensed operators, hyperscalers, cloud and content providers, CDNs and data center operators.
Its portfolio covers IP transit and peering, domestic and international capacity, dark fiber and IRUs, and subsea and terrestrial cross-border connectivity. It also provides cloud interconnects, data center colocation and cross-connect services, and wholesale voice.
Built on Salam's national fiber network of 45,000 km and data center infrastructure, Salam Wholesale connects global networks to Saudi Arabia and onward across Asia, Europe and Africa. In doing so, it supports the Kingdom's ambition to become a regional digital hub in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
