The centre of gravity has shifted east, as new terrestrial connectivity routes have opened up through Iraq into Turkey, which then need to reach central Europe via terrestrial routes. Equally, data centres are expanding eastwards due to cost economics and access. Regional leaders will discuss how hyperscalers are driving this demand, along with established tech offshoring communities in the region, as well as how to deliver effectively for customers.
