The major drivers of alternative data centre hubs, such as Barcelona, Rome, Warsaw, Helsinki and Oslo, are primarily linked to the ability of the grid to support data centre operations and availability of land and connectivity, coupled with growing demand for distributed infrastructure closer to end users.
