Keynote Panel: Maintaining trust in an AI-driven world: a business imperative

Hard-earned and easy to lose, trust in the services and values of a company are vital to a sustainable, resilient business. Bad actors have undermined trust across the ecosystem and AI has amplified the ability to create more credible fake everything. If the social fabric is destroyed, along with trust in transactions powered by telco networks, it damages business and pushes enterprises and individuals to other business models and disruptive innovations. This panel will do some soul-searching and question:

• What role can/ should operators play in protecting and building trust in the products and services offered?

• What software solutions can enhance safety for end users? How can device manufacturers and service providers join forces to protect digital identity?
