Can I register more than one person at a time?

Yes, you can register up to 10 passes online if you know the names of the attendees. If you wish to register more than 10 passes, or you do not know your attendee names, please contact Daisy Southam at daisy.southam@capacitymedia.com or tel: +44 (0) 20 7779 7227.
Please note: Each attendee must be registered using their own email address or their registration cannot be processed correctly.

We have negotiated discounted rates at the Okura. These are:

€215 per night for a single use standard room per night (room rates are excluding breakfast and 5% city tax)
€240 per night for a single use superior room per night (room rates are excluding breakfast and 5% city tax)

Once you have registered and provided payment details for your pass(es) - you will receive a confirmation email which includes details of how to book your hotel room.

Cancellation policy & registration Terms and Conditions

A full refund will be issued if cancellations are received by TelCap Ltd in writing 4 weeks before the event (before Monday 24 October 2011). We regret that no refunds can be given after this date. If no cancellation notice is received, invoiced amounts will be payable in full regardless of whether or not the delegate attends the event. A substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra cost.
