GENERAL INFORMATION

  • What is Capacity Europe 2011?
  • Capacity Europe 2011 is the flagship carrier meeting for the European telecoms market. Now in its 11th year, the event is expected to attract over 700 attendees representing regional and international operators.  With a variety of networking functions available throughout the event, Capacity Europe 2011 will provide a 3-day forum for attendees to meet and do business with one another. 

  • How many executives will attend Capacity Europe 2011?
  • In 2011, we expect over 700 senior executives to attend from 260+ companies representing more than 70 countries.

  • When is Capacity Europe 2011?
  • Capacity Europe 2011 takes place on Monday 21 November – Wednesday 23 November 2011

REGISTRATION

  • Do I have to register for Capacity Europe 2011?
  • Registration for Capacity Europe 2011 is mandatory for access to the conference space, networking, meeting and exhibit areas in the hotel.

  • How much does it cost to attend?
  • The normal registration fee is €1599 per pass but we are offering an early bird discount on 1 or 2 passes and a range of group packages where you can save up to 60% per pass. For more details please CLICK HERE.

  • What is included in the registration price?
  • Registration allows delegates full access to all of the meeting areas, bilateral tables, exhibition and conference sessions and access to the conference presentations after the event. Your attendee pass includes breakfast, lunch and access to all the coffee breaks on all 3 days and an invitation to the Capacity Europe 2011 evening cocktail receptions. All attendees will have the opportunity to use our online messaging system to schedule meetings with other registered attendees up to 2 weeks before the event. You will also receive an event guide and a copy of the attendee list.

  • How can I register?
  • You can easily register online, please CLICK HERE and choose your preferred payment method to begin.

  • How do I pay?
  • You can choose to pay by credit card (via our secure payment system) or request an invoice, which will be sent to you once your registration has been processed. Invoiced amounts must be paid no later than 24 October 2011. CLICK HERE to register and choose your preferred payment method. Please note, all places must be paid for PRIOR to the event.

  • Can I register more than one person?
  • You can register as many attendees as you wish – however, online registration is limited to a maximum of 10 attendees. If you wish to book up to 10 places, please CLICK HERE to begin the online process.     If you register multiple attendees online, it is VITAL that you register them with their own email addresses – otherwise their booking cannot be processed correctly.

  • Can I register offline or without using the website?
  • Yes, you can download a registration form to complete and then send it to us via email, fax or mail. CLICK HERE to download the form. All necessary contact details are included on the form.

  • How do I get my badge?
  • When you arrive at the event you can visit the registration desk in the Okura Foyer to collect your badge. Registration opens at 7:30am on Monday 21 November 2011.

ACCOMMODATION

  • How do I book a bedroom for Capacity Europe 2011?
  • Once you have registered and provided payment details for your attendee pass(es) at Capacity Europe 2011 you will be sent a confirmation email containing full details of hotel accommodation. Full rate information as well as booking terms and conditions will be available to view when you go to book your bedrooms.

VISA (FOR TRAVEL TO THE NETHERLANDS)

  • Do I need a visa to attend Capacity Europe 2011?
  • Capacity Europe 2011 attendees are responsible for obtaining a valid visa for the Netherlands if they require one. Please contact your embassy to determine your visa requirements.

  • If I need a visa - can Capacity Europe 2011 issue me with a visa support letter?
  • If you have registered and paid to attend Capacity Europe 2011 then we will be able to provide you with a Visa Support Letter. Please contact Daisy Southam at daisy.southam@capacitymedia.com to request a support letter.

MEETING TABLES

  • What is a meeting table?
  • A meeting table is a 6ft x 2ft table for conducting meetings in a specially designated area and includes 4 chairs and a double sided table sign containing your company name and meeting table number. The tables will be situated in the Grand Ballroom of the Okura Hotel.

  • How much is a meeting table?
  • The cost of a table is only EUR€600 for the whole event. The cost includes a table, 4 chairs and a sign on the table displaying the company name and table number.

  • How can I book a meeting table?
  • Every meeting table booking must be accompanied by at least one registered attendee pass.

  • You can send your items directly to the Okura Hotel. Please note that they will only accept shipments 3 days before the event so your items MUST NOT arrive earlier than Wednesday 16th November 2011. Please CLICK HERE to download the hotel shipping label.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

  • What is the cancellation policy for Capacity Europe 2011?
  • There are different cancellation and refund terms depending on what elements of Capacity Europe 2011 you have booked. Please see below for further details:

    ATTENDEE PASS: A full refund (less 10% administration fee) will be issued if cancellations are received by TelCap Ltd in writing four weeks before the event (Monday 24th October 2011). We regret that no refunds can be given after that date. If no cancellation notice is received, invoiced amounts will be payable in full regardless of whether or not the delegate attends the event. A substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra cost.

    MEETING TABLE: A full refund will be issued if cancellations are received in writing 28 days before the event (before Monday 24th October 2011). We regret that no cancellations will be accepted or refunds given after this date. Invoiced amounts will be payable in full.

    FOR ALL OTHER CANCELLATION POLICIES: (i.e. meeting rooms, sponsorship, etc): Please refer to your Capacity Europe 2011 contract.
